adequate stay, but some issues
spacious room included balcony insufficient air conditioning towel exchange process
The room was spacious and included a balcony. It was acceptable.
The air conditioning was insufficient, not reaching a temperature cooler than 22 degrees. This made the room uncomfortable at times. the towel exchange process seemed unnecessarily complicated. i had to obtain towel cards from reception to exchange used towels for clean ones.

decent stay, some issues
friendly staff nice variety bed policy safe cost missing tiles saltwater pool
the staff were friendly. they helped with requests. breakfast had nice variety. it was good that people could not reserve beds before 9 o'clock. i stayed for 5 nights.
I had to pay extra for the safe. the main pool needs attention. Many tiles are missing. it's the only pool ive visited which is saltwater and caused skin issues for my family and me.

the staff at reception were helpful and efficient. i found the hotel to be clean and well maintained . (it really made a difference!)

superb hotel, fantastic experience
spacious room extensive gym themed nights
I had an fantastic stay. the room (double room) was clean and spacious. the gym is the best i have come across in a hotel. It has everything needed for crossfit or functional fitness. we had half board, and the food was delicious, with plenty of choice (even great vegetarian options).
the pool bar did get busy, so we tended to use the kids' pool.

the staff members were friendly and polite. the room cleaning service was daily. the bar service was fast and efficient (i appreciated the sugar-free options).
